British Prime Minister Keir Starmer praised the free trade agreement (ALE) which was signed between India and the United Kingdom (United Kingdom) on Thursday, the appellant “the most important agreement” since his country left the European Union (EU). Addressing a joint press conference with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in London, the British Prime Minister said that the FTA will benefit the two countries, “stimulating wages, increasing wages.” “Look, and we both know, it is the most important and most economically significant trade agreement that the United Kingdom has done since the EU. And I think I can say that it is one of the most complete offers that India has ever concluded,” Starmer said.
