Diplomat Diaries – the monthly column of the Strategic Studies Program – aims to host a series of conversations with working diplomats and practitioners to discuss the key strategic and geopolitical issues of the day.
This February session will feature HE Hervé Delphin, Ambassador of the European Union to India. The discussion will examine the evolving trajectory of India-EU relations in light of the recently concluded FTA and progress in the strategic partnership amid volatile global developments. The session will be moderated by Prof. Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy, Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
