
Prime Minister Narendra modified launched himself in a five -day visit covering three countries, from Cyprus, member of the European Union. Speaking at the CEO of India Cyprus which was held in Limassol, Prime Minister Modi said that India and the EU aim to finalize a free trade agreement by the end of the year.
Prime Minister Modi, as well as President of Cyprus Nikos Christudoulides, organized a round table interaction with the business leaders of Cyprus and India in Limassol. Participants represented various sectors such as the bank, financial institutions, manufacturing, defense, logistics, maritime, shipping, technology, innovation, digital technologies, AI, IT services, tourism and mobility.
During the Round Business Table in Cyprus, Prime Minister Modi underlined Gift City as an amount global financial center. He welcomed the collaboration between NSE and the Cyprus Stock Exchange at Gift City.
