
In a historic decision to deepen the strategic partnership between India and the European Union, the dialogue and the law council and the policies of Grayspace have officially launched Stride-eui (Strategic Research, Innovation and Dialogue for EU-India engagement) thanks to a high impact discussion. Located in Brussels and New Delhi, Stride-Eui will built a bridge between the two political capitals: politics and the practice of connection, government and business, ambition and action. Thanks to thematic congratulations, experts from experts and collaboration programs, Stride-eui will serve as a catalyst to shape resilient and focus relationships.
The launch event has summoned dozens of participants and brought together important votes from industry, civil society, the international community and the university world to trace the future of EU-India cooperation through the pillars of EU technology, trade and security. In the context of growing geopolitical changes and a shared commitment to democratic values, Stride-eui was positioned as a timely and strategic platform to stimulate bilateral collaboration through political research and multi-party dialogue.
The discussion expressed a strong optimism to deepen Indian-EU collaboration. The panel has emphasized the theory and the practice of transition, by adopting strategic partnerships and by finding pragmatic solutions to regulatory challenges. Synergies in technological, commercial and labor needs have been highlighted, positioning India as a key partner for the EU. The panelists also highlighted the importance of differentiated strategies and mutual understanding. Specific recommendations included focusing on specific sector engagement to navigate regulatory complexities, strengthening the role of India and EU in global supply chains and ICT staff, and promoting mutually enriching associations in emerging fields such as digital technologies and AI. The session closed with a call for continuous dialogue and an active commitment to support the momentum and create concrete results.

This initiative aims to promote a more in-depth commitment between key players in the two regions, in particular with developments relating to Indian-EU Trade and Technology Council (TTC). The Council meeting recently reaffirmed its common commitment to resilient supply chains, an interoperable digital infrastructure and innovation -oriented growth. The launch of Stride-Eui also aligns with a critical moment in the EU-Indian trade relations, while the two countries continue to negotiate a historic free trade agreement.

With its official launch finished, Stride-Eui will launch a robust calendar of dialogues, round tables and political publications. The platform will also serve as a strategic interface for governments, businesses and civil society to co-create solutions to shared global challenges from digital governance to the resilience of the supply chain and ethical technological innovation.
For the future, Stride-Eui will also favor collaboration initiatives concerning the governance of AI, cybersecurity executives, investment facilitation and responsible technological innovation to shape a sustainable future for the EU-INEND partnership.
